Mastermixes for real-time PCR

FastStart Universal Probe Master (Rox)
Ready-to-use hot start reaction mix for qPCR and qRT-PCR on all real-time PCR systems requiring ROX reference dye. FastStart Universal Probe Master (Rox) includes a novel reference dye, which enables its use without modification or adjustments to the specific instrument or protocol on all real-time PCR instruments requiring normalization with ROX.

FastStart TaqMan® Probe Master (Rox)
The FastStart TaqMan® Probe Master (Rox) is a ready-to-use reagent mix that simplifies the preparation of reactions for qPCR and two-step qRT-PCR. In combination with a real-time PCR instrument, suitable PCR primers, and a hydrolysis probe, FastStart TaqMan® Probe Master (Rox) allows very sensitive detection and quantification of defined DNA sequences. This formulation contains the ROX Reference Dye.

FastStart Universal SYBR Green Master (Rox)
Ready-to-use hot start reaction mix for qPCR and qRT-PCR on all real-time PCR systems requiring ROX reference dye. FastStart Universal SYBR Green Master (Rox) includes a novel reference dye, which enables its use without modifications or adjustments to the specific instrument or protocol on all real-time PCR instruments requiring normalization with ROX.

FastStart SYBR Green Master
The FastStart SYBR Green Master is a ready-to-use reagent mix that simplifies the preparation of reactions for qPCR and two-step qRT-PCR using the intercalating dye SYBR Green I for DNA detection and analysis. In combination with a real-time PCR instrument and suitable PCR primers, FastStart SYBR Green Master allows very sensitive detection and quantification of defined DNA sequences.

ROX Reference Dye
The Reference Dye is a stock solution of ROX Reference Dye at a 1 mM concentration in water. It can be used as an additive for running quantitative, real-time DNA-detection assays, including qPCR and two-step qRT-PCR. The use of Reference Dye allows compensation for variations in fluorescence between wells. The Reference Dye is not required when using the LightCycler® Systems because the LightCycler® Instruments are designed and constructed to minimize well-to-well variations.

Mastermixes for real-time PCR on the LightCycler® Instruments

The LightCycler® master mixes have been adapted to the special rapid cycling environment of the LightCycler® Instrument and to the different probe chemistries supported by the system. For more information about  LightCycler® reagents please consult the LightCycler® special interest site.
