DOP PCR Master
DOP (Degenerate Oligonucleotide Primer) PCR is a universal method for the statistical
and uniform amplification of an uncharacterized or unknown DNA template. This
kit provides all necessary reagents including a DOP PCR Master Mix, DOP PCR
Primer, and control DNA.
FastStart PCR
Master
FastStart PCR Master is a ready-to-use, 2x-concentrated hot start master mix.
It contains all the reagents (except PCR primers and template) required for
running standard PCR and two-step RT-PCR on thermal block cycler instruments
High Fidelity
PCR Master
The High Fidelity PCR Master contains all the reagents needed to perform PCR
(except template and primer) in a ready-to-use, double-concentrated master mix.
The High Fidelity PCR Master results in approximately 3 times the fidelity and
approximately twice the yield of Taq
DNA Polymerase alone.
PCR Core Kit
The PCR Core Kit allows the optimization of standard PCRs by supplying all necessary
reagents in separate vials. The kit allows the researchers to choose whether
or not to titrate the Mg2+ for their particular systems.
PCR Core KitPLUS
The PCR Core Kit PLUS helps prevent carry-over contamination of polymerase
chain reactions (PCR) with non-specific DNA - a troublesome source of false
positive results. This simple and effective procedure will reduce any DNA from
previous amplifications by at least a factor of 107. This kit should
routinely be used in laboratories, where a large number of amplification reactions
are performed with identical pairs of primers, eliminating false positive results.
PCR Master
The PCR Master contains all the reagents needed to perform standard PCR (except
template and primer) in a double-concentrated, ready-to-use mix.
PCR Optimization
Kit
The buffers and additives supplied in the PCR Optimization
Kit are used to optimize the specificity and yield of polymerase chain
reactions. A set of 16 buffers enables the simultaneous variation of the pH-range
and the MgCl2 concentration. For further optimization, solutions
of DMSO, ammonium sulfate, gelatin and glycerol are also included. In addition,
it is recommended to establish multiplex
PCR in combination with the FastStart High Fidelity PCR System
Pwo Master
The Pwo Master contains all the reagents required
for performing High Fidelity PCR (except template and primer) in a ready-to-use,
double-concentrated master mix. The Pwo Master
results in approximately 18 times the fidelity of Taq
DNA Polymerase.
