Application
The REM e System provides the subcomponents and software to be installed onto many common liquid handling systems for automation of emPCR enrichment and sequencing primer hybridization procedures in the Genome Sequencer FLX System workflow. The system supports all Genome Sequencer FLX Titanium series emulsion oil formats – Large, Medium and Small Volume (LV, MV, SV) and works for a wide variety of libraries including shotgun, Multi-Span Paired End, cDNA and amplicon libraries, with or without Multiplex Identifiers (MIDs). The system can support up to four Runs per day.

The REM e System, combined with most common liquid handling workstations, is designed to automate the emPCR enrichment and sequencing primer hybridization procedures in the Genome Sequencer FLX System workflow. The system simplifies sample preparation for sequencing runs and replaces nearly half a day’s bench work with a convenient walk-away solution.
