Product Description
Specificity: Polyclonal antibodies from sheep show 100% reactivity with digoxigenin and digoxin, but no cross-reactivity with other steroids, such as human estrogens (e.g., estradiol) or androgens (e.g., testosterone).
Working concentration:
ELISA: 2 - 4 µg/ml
Immunohisto/cytochemistry: 0.5 - 1 µg/ml
In situ hybridization: 0.2 - 0.4 µg/ml
Western blot: 0.5 - 2 µg/ml

Background Information
Preparation:
After immunization with digoxigenin, sheep IgGs are purified by ion exchange chromatography. Specific IgGs are isolated by immunosorption. Fab fragments obtained after papain digestion are purified by gel filtration and lyophilized.
