Application
The Anti-His6 antibody provides specific and sensitive detection for histidine-tagged proteins, regardless of the vector used for expression. The antibody is suitable for immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunoassays (ELISAs), immunocytochemistry, immuno-

Product Description
Specificity: The antibody recognizes an epitope of six consecutive histidine residues (His6) in natural and recombinant proteins. It reacts with both native and denatured histidine-tagged fusion proteins, independent of the epitope-sequence location.
